Mridul Kumar Gupta began their work experience in 1991 as a Plant HR Manager at Ranbaxy. In 1996, they moved on to become a Regional Human Resources at Escotel Mobile Communications Ltd. Mridul Kumar then joined The Coca-Cola Company in 1998 as the Regional Head of Human Resources and worked there until 2001. Since 2001, they have been working as the CEO & Director at Tusthi Executive Access And Consultants.
Mridul Kumar Gupta began their education in 1985 at Hans Raj College - Delhi University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com Hons) degree in Commerce. Mridul Kumar completed this program in 1988. Following their undergraduate studies, from 1989 to 1991, Mridul attended the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad. During this time, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
