Graphic Designer at Tutatahi First Fibre

Denise Carter has a diverse work experience in graphic design and creative roles. Denise is currently working as a Graphic Designer at Tuatahi First Fibre since May 2021. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of My Kid Made This Limited, a passion project focused on showcasing children's artwork. Denise also has experience as a Freelance Graphic Designer, working under their own brand Denise Carter Creative since October 2010.

Denise has also held positions at Health 2000+ Limited, where they started as the sole designer and eventually became the Head of Design. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks such as redesigning the company logo, collaborating with marketing and signage companies for store designs, creating marketing materials, managing email campaigns, and overseeing photography and videography projects.

Additionally, Denise has worked as a Graphic Designer at Annah Stretton and as a Junior Graphic Designer at New Zealand Wine Cellars Ltd. Overall, they have developed a strong skill set in graphic design and has experience working in a variety of industries.

Denise Carter completed their Bachelor of Art & Design degree with a major in Graphic Design from Auckland University of Technology, which they attended from 2003 to 2005. In 2022, they pursued further education by obtaining a New Zealand Certificate in Small Business (Level 4) from Te Wānanga o Aotearoa, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Prior to their university studies, Denise attended Hamiltons' Fraser High School from 1997 to 2001.
