Jared Box

Jared Box has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 at PB Tech as a Technology Sales representative. After that, they transitioned to Tuatahi First Fibre, where they held multiple roles. Jared began as a Service Delivery Representative from November 2014 to March 2016. Following that, they worked as a Systems Engineer from March 2016 to February 2022, where they supported, maintained, and developed core systems, managed end-user support, and collaborated with third-party contractors and vendors. Currently, Jared serves as the Digital Operations Team Leader for Tuatahi First Fibre, responsible for leading IT digital operations, managing the IT helpdesk, and overseeing problem investigation and system incidents.

Jared Box completed their Bachelor of Information Technology degree from Wintec - Waikato Institute of Technology, starting in 2009 and finishing in 2012. Jared'sfield of study was Information Technology. In addition to their degree, Jared has obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert in September 2016. Most recently, in October 2021, they obtained the certification of Personal Agility - Certified Practitioner from the Ministry of People.
