Esteban Heidke

Esteban Heidke has a strong background in consulting and project management. Esteban currently holds the position of Director of Customer Solutions at TUTEN, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Montblanc Consulting for several years, where they held roles such as Director and Project Leader. In these positions, they contributed to business improvement consulting services, managed client projects, and led high-performance teams. Esteban also gained experience as an Associate Consultant at SYSMMA, where they focused on process improvement analysis and asset management. Additionally, they have served as an Assistant Graduate Professor at various universities, teaching courses related to asset management and business administration. Esteban has authored/co-authored a book on reliability engineering. Throughout their career, Esteban has demonstrated strong problem-solving skills, the ability to deliver excellence to clients, and a track record of generating revenue and cost-savings.

Esteban Heidke started their education by pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria, from 2004 to 2011. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to obtain a Diploma in Project Management from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, which they pursued from 2012 to 2013. Continuing their education, Esteban Heidke pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Universidad de Chile from 2014 to 2015. Lastly, they completed a Master of Science (M.S.) in Management at the University of Rochester, starting in 2015.
