Steven Freeman

Steven Freeman has a diverse background in field engineering and account management. Steven started their career in 2001 as a Technical Services Coordinator at Emerson Climate Technologies. In this role, they supported customers and service providers in resolving issues with energy management and PLC systems.

In 2005, Steven joined TUTEN as a Field Engineering Program Manager - Operations. Steven then transitioned to Ecova, where they worked as an Account Engineer in Ecova Field Services. During their time at Ecova and ENGIE, they served as a Team Lead in Field Services.

Throughout their career, Steven has gained experience in managing programs, coordinating technical services, and providing support to internal and external technicians.

Steven Freeman obtained their Associate's degree in Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Technology from Chattahoochee Technical College between 1996 and 1998. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in the field, including AX to N4 Migration Certification from Honeywell in 2016, Niagara AX Certified from Tridium in 2014, LEEDS 101 Green Building Basics from USGBC - National Capital Region Chapter in 2013, Smart Gas Valves from Trane in 2001, Heat Pump Technology from Carrier Corporation in 2001, Copland Smart Compressors from Emerson Climate Technologies in 2001, NC9 Press Brake Operation from Amada America, Inc. in 1999, Indoor Air Quality from Trane in 1999, and Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification from RSES in 1996.
