Amber Salazar currently serves as the Director of Human Resources - Talent Acquisition at Tutera Senior Living and Health Care since August 2023, where leadership is provided to a team of 12 in HR and Talent Acquisition, with a focus on optimizing recruitment processes and implementing a new Applicant Tracking System.
