Karolina K.

Karolina K. is a skilled project manager and educator with extensive experience in managing youth exchange projects under the Erasmus+ program, successfully securing over €70,000 in funding for three initiatives from 2022 to 2023. Karolina founded and served as president of the Human Rights and Citizenship Scientific Circle at Jagiellonian University, leading a team of 22 members and overseeing various activities and collaborations. With a background in social project coordination, Karolina also worked with organizations like Kulturaki and YOUng Heroes, focusing on intercultural education and animal welfare. Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Project Management, Karolina holds a licentiate degree in Social Policy from Jagiellonian University and has demonstrated strong skills in project planning, stakeholder engagement, and financial management.
