Alicia Kaskela

Alicia Kaskela has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Alicia is currently serving as a Pastoral Administrator at Salt Church AZ since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Tutor.com as a Statistics Master Tutor and later as a Quality Specialist from October 2012 to May 2022.

Alicia also has experience in the education sector, having worked as an Instructional Assistant, Resource Office at Verrado Elementary School from September 2020 to May 2021.

Alicia began their career in the U.S. Air Force, where they held multiple roles. Alicia served as an Operations Research Analyst in the U.S. Air Force, Air Combat Command, Analyses & Lessons Learned Directorate from September 2010 to June 2012. Prior to that, they held the position of United States Air Force Officer from May 2007 to June 2012.

Alicia also worked as a Wildlife Ecologist, Bird/wildlife Aircraft Strike Hazard (BASH) Team at U.S. Air Force, Headquarters Air Force Safety Center from June 2009 to September 2010.

Furthermore, they gained valuable experience as a Graduate Student Research Intern, Emergency Preparedness Bureau at Massachusetts Department of Public Health from October 2008 to May 2009. Alicia also served as a Graduate Student Summer Intern, Commonwealth Choice at Commonwealth Connector in 2008.

Alicia's early career includes being a Cadet at US Air Force Academy from June 2003 to May 2007. Additionally, they gained research experience as a Cadet Summer Researcher at the Pentagon in May 2006.

Alicia Kaskela began their education in 2003 at the United States Air Force Academy, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Alicia completed their undergraduate studies in 2007. Following that, they attended the Harvard Kennedy School from 2007 to 2009, obtaining a Master's degree in Public Policy with a specialization in Health Care Policy. In terms of additional certifications, Alicia received various certifications from institutions such as Tutor.com and LinkedIn, including the "Student Favorite Tutor" and "Longevity" certifications from Tutor.com, earned in November and December 2021, respectively. Additionally, they obtained several certifications related to SAS programming and SQL training from LinkedIn in 2020.
