Jane McAuliffe

Jane McAuliffe, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in various leadership and academic roles. Jane currently serves as the Vice President of Learning Services at Tutor.com. Prior to this, they worked as a Leadership and Academic Consultant through their own consulting company, Jane McAuliffe Ph.D. Consulting, LLC. Jane has also worked as a Fashion Stylist/Personal Shopper at cabi Clothing and as a Member at The Registry.

McAuliffe's previous positions include Chief Academic Officer/Executive Vice President of Academic and External Affairs at Bridgepoint Education, President and CEO at Ashford University, and President of the Sarasota Campus at Argosy University. Jane has also held roles such as Program Director/Instructor and Vice President of Academic Affairs at Argosy University, Vice President for Academic Affairs at American InterContinental University, and Dean/Associate Dean/Program Director at University of Phoenix.

Additionally, McAuliffe has experience as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor/Student Teacher Supervisor at Arizona State University. Jane has expertise in accreditation, strategic planning, governance, coaching/mentoring, teaching (k-12 and higher education), and effective board operations.

Jane McAuliffe, Ph.D. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Special Education from Arizona State University, where they studied from 1986 to 1990. Jane continued their education at the same institution and earned a Master's Degree in Special Education from 1990 to 1991. Jane McAuliffe then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Curriculum and Instruction with a specialization in Special Education at Arizona State University, completing their studies from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
