Mital G.

Mital G. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They began their career in 2012 as a Youth Mentor at The Zone, After-School Program at Edgar Middle School. In 2013, they worked as an Instructor at Enrich & Grow Academy LLC for three months. Following this, in 2014, they had several short-term roles including an Intern at Square One (Springfield Day Nursery), a Level I Affiliation at St. Luke's Home, and a Level I Affiliation at Hand & Upper Extremity Rehab.

In 2014, Mital G. also worked as a Content Tutor at Springfield College, assisting students academically for ten months. The following year, they joined HELPING HANDS, INC. as a Preschool Teacher, staying with the company for approximately one year.

From 2019 to 2022, Mital G. served as a Lead Preschool Teacher at Bright Horizons. Their responsibilities included creating a safe and nurturing environment for children's development, implementing an appropriate curriculum, and incorporating the company's mission and policies into their work.
