Rendl Roman

Rendl Roman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rendl began their career at Walmart as a Customer Service Specialist from June 2009 to February 2012. Rendl then worked as a Counselor at Boys and Girls Clubs of Canada from May 2010 to September 2012. Following this, they joined Donna Karan as a Warehouse Associate from May 2013 to October 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Professional Sales Representative at Brooks Brothers from February 2014 to November 2014. Rendl then transitioned to the field of education, working at TutorBright as an Education Coordinator from June 2015 to September 2016, and then as a Director of Education from September 2016 onwards. Rendl entered the insurance industry in 2017, starting as a Claims Representative at Intact from January 2017. Rendl later became a Claims Adjuster at the same company from October 2017 to July 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Claim Advisor, Auto - Complex at Allstate. In this role, they review insurance policies and coverages, investigates complex automobile claims, determines coverage and liability, settles claims in accordance with organizational policies, and collaborates with customers, service suppliers, other insurance companies, and law enforcement.

Rendl Roman completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion/Religious Studies at York University from 2008 to 2012. Following that, from 2012 to 2013, Rendl pursued a Bachelor of Education degree specializing in Religion/Religious Studies and Geography at Western University. In November 2013, Rendl obtained a certification from the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT).
