In 2018, they joined Upwork as a Content Specialist and worked there for four years until 2022. During this time, they gained expertise in content creation and management. In 2019, Mollie joined the School District of Lee County as an English Teacher and taught there for two years. In 2021, they transitioned to Branching Minds as a Content Marketing Manager, where they stayed for a year. Currently, they are working as a Content Marketing Manager at TutorMe, a position they started in October 2022.
