Mihail Penkin

Mihail Penkin is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Tutors International since January 2016. Prior to this position, Mihail held the CTO role at BigfootTutors from May 2012 to January 2016 and served as a Technical Advisor at Noosphere.education during the same timeframe. Earlier positions include Head of Analytics at the Regional Agency for Energy Efficiency of the Samara Region and Head of Information Technology at both Strommashina Samara Plant and ТМ "У Палыча." Mihail Penkin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Samara State Regional Nayanova University, completing studies from 1989 to 2006.
