Ksenia Probst

Ksenia Probst is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in IT recruitment and HR project management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Tutu since June 2021, Ksenia has been involved in talent acquisition for various IT roles, mentoring team members, and leading HR initiatives. Prior to Tutu, Ksenia worked at SberDevices as a Senior IT Recruiter, where responsibilities included establishing recruitment processes and managing interview frameworks for large-scale hiring. Ksenia's HR career began at DSSL as an HR Manager, focusing on staffing, analytics, and improving employee integration processes.
