Engineering and Architecture Team

The Engineering and Architecture Team at TUU is responsible for managing and integrating the entire creative, strategic, and technical processes of construction projects. This includes defining project strategies, defending concepts, and overseeing the complete process from financing, hiring designers and contractors, to the inauguration of the building and its operational phase. By ensuring a global vision, rigorous cost control, and continuous monitoring of deadlines and quality, they aim to provide clients with optimal choices, cost reductions, and coherent, high-quality results.
