Anastasios Diamantopoulos

Anastasios Diamantopoulos, BSc, MSc, PhD, currently serves as the Software Development & QA Lead at TÜV AUSTRIA Group since November 2025. Previously, Anastasios held the position of Director, Software at ImpediMed from February 2020 to June 2025, where leadership of a cross-functional team focused on delivering the SOZO digital health platform was paramount. Prior roles include R&D Line Manager at Nokia, leading agile teams across multiple business units from June 2012 to December 2019, and Sub-Project & Maintenance Function Lead at Nokia Siemens Networks from April 2007 to May 2012, enhancing software delivery efficiency. Anastasios began a career at Siemens as a Technical Manager, leading a software engineering team, and has extensive experience in protocol stack development across multiple roles. Anastasios also contributed to academia as a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Wales, Newport. Formal education includes a Ph.D. in Engineering (Robotics/AI) from the University of Wales and advanced degrees in Mathematical Sciences and Computer Studies from the University of Portsmouth.
