Mark Bertelmann has worked primarily for TÜV NORD Group, where they held various roles in talent management, HR development, and occupational psychology from 2000 to the present. Before that, they worked at TÜV NORD as a consultant and trainer in quality management from 1995 to 2000. Prior to joining TÜV NORD, they had roles in training, consulting, and auditing at DEKRA AG and Deutsche Gesellschaft für Qualität from 1990 to 1994.
Mark Bertelmann attended the Technical University Berlin from 1983 to 1989, where they obtained a Diploma degree in Work and Organisational Psychology.
