Matthias Vaterrodt is a Senior Manager of Digitalization & Innovation at TÜV NORD GROUP, with extensive experience in driving innovation through the design and implementation of the TÜV NORD innoTANK, an innovation think tank that connects startups with the company. Previously, Matthias served as Manager & Head Coach at TÜV NORD Digital Academy, leading digital transformation programs, and held positions focused on innovation management and technology consulting at TÜV NORD Systems and Fraunhofer IPT. Matthias has also contributed as a lecturer on digital innovations at Hochschule für angewandtes Management and has pursued professional development in strategic foresight and coaching. Matthias holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.
