Dr. Jelena Galinkina has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Dr. Jelena began their career as a Research Associate at the Latvian Institute of Organic Synthesis in 1988 and worked there until 1991. Dr. Jelena then moved on to REVDI PM Ltd., where they held roles in Product Management and Quality Assurance from 1991 to 1996.
In 2003, Dr. Galinkina joined Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg as an Academic Associate, where they worked until 2006. Dr. Jelena then transitioned to LGA QualiTest GmbH as an Expert in Environmental Product Testing from 2007 to 2010.
From 2010 onwards, Dr. Galinkina has been associated with TÜV Rheinland Group. Dr. Jelena initially worked as an Expert in the field of Chemical and VOC Emission Testing, focusing on chemical product testing, VOC/formaldehyde emission testing, and product compliance with legal requirements such as REACH, RoHs, and TSCA Title VI. Dr. Jelena also conducted inspections of production facilities. In 2017, Dr. Galinkina took on the role of Global Head of Competence Center "VOC Emissions & Chamber Testing" at TÜV Rheinland Group.
