Joe Chou

Joe Chou has a diverse background in the solar industry, with experience ranging from silicon ingot growth to PV module reliability testing. Currently working as a BD Manager at TÜV Rheinland Group, Joe is involved in PV power plant due diligence development. Prior to this, Joe held roles at Eterbright Solar Corp. and DelSolar Co. Ltd., focusing on PV project development and R&D. With a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from National Central University and a Master's degree from National Taiwan University, Joe brings a strong technical background to their work in the renewable energy sector.
