Tanja Gerum has worked for several notable companies throughout their career. Tanja began their career as a Trainee HR Young Professional at Renault in 2002 and later worked as an HR Officer/Personalreferentin at Ferchau Engineering. From 2007 to 2010, they held roles as a Human Resources Specialist and Senior Human Resources Specialist at Invensys, which was later acquired by Schneider Electric. Tanja then joined CHEP as a Specialist in Learning & Development, and later became their Global Human Resources Manager. In 2015, they worked as a Global Learning and Development Specialist at Yazaki Component Technology. Currently, they work for TÜV Rheinland Group, where they have held various roles including Head of Competence Center in Germany and Global Learning and Development Expert. In 2023, they transitioned into their current role as the Head of HR Development.
Tanja Gerum completed their Bachelor of Science in Joint Honours in Psychology & Management from Aston University in 1999. Tanja then went on to pursue a Diplom/Master degree in Business Psychology from Universität des Saarlandes, which they completed in 2002.
