Florian Michl

Florian Michl is a Principal Engineer at TÜV SÜD since May 2008, specializing in hydrogen performance and safety. Previously, Florian served as a Senior Engineer, focusing on performance assessment of power systems and hydrogen technology in both stationary and mobility applications. Prior to TÜV SÜD, Florian worked as a Process Engineer at FutureCarbon GmbH from June 2004 to April 2008 and as a Project Engineer at FutureCamp GmbH from October 2002 to May 2004, where responsibilities included R&D on cryoadsorptive storage of hydrogen in activated carbon and development of storage systems. Florian holds a Diplom-Ingenieur (Dipl.Ing.) degree in mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Munich, completed in 2002.
