Hakan Otcuoglu

Hakan Otcuoglu serves as the Supply Chain Business Lead at TÜV SÜD since March 2024. Previously, Hakan held the position of Project Manager for Neom Projects at Mutlaq Al Ghowairi for Contracting LTD from July 2023 to March 2024. Hakan's extensive experience includes roles at MNG Group of Companies from February 2018 to February 2023, where responsibilities encompassed Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, and QA-QC Manager. Additional experience includes Deputy QA-QC Manager at Punj Lloyd Limak Kalyon JV and Corporate Quality Director at INCO Group Of Companies. Hakan worked as Site Quality Manager at RWE from December 2011 to October 2015, overseeing quality management for a 775 MW CCPP project, and has held various quality inspection roles at Mapa-Limak-MNG JV, Alstom Power, and TUV Rheinland Group. Hakan's educational background includes a B.Sc. in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering and an International Welding Engineering degree from Middle East Technical University.
