Joern Barth

Joern Barth currently serves as the Head of Learning and Social Sustainability at TÜV SÜD, where responsibilities include the development of a global Future Expertise Development Program focused on digitalization and sustainability, as well as steering the company's social sustainability strategy and reporting. Previously, Joern held multiple leadership positions at Siemens, culminating as Head of Global Training Portfolio and Future Competencies, where efforts included transforming training offerings in response to COVID-19 and managing significant learning program budgets. Joern's extensive background also includes management consulting roles at Siemens entities and academic research related to economics and physics, complemented by a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Mannheim and a degree in Physics from the University of Cologne.
