Operations & Logistics - Customer Success at Tuvalum

Rubén Cebrián has been working in the hospitality industry since 2017. In that year, they began working at NH Hotel Group as an Assistant's Supervisor and Demi Chef de rang. In this role, they were responsible for supervising food and beverage staff during shift, maintaining all service standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2020, Rubén began working at Tuvalum as an Operations & Logistics - Customer Success. In this role, they were responsible for monitoring the overall flow of all shipping operations, coordinating inter-market logistics, query resolution & support, sustainably maximizing workshop productivity, incident management, process design, driving ad hoc initiatives to set and uphold quality standards across the business, and negotiating with stakeholders to maximize turnover.

Rubén Cebrián obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2017. In 2019, they completed a Máster en Dirección de Marketing y Gestión Comercial from the ESIC Business & Marketing School. Rubén also obtained a Fundamentos de Marketing Digital certification from Google Actívate in December 2019.
