Kate Neville is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership coaching, consulting, and educational roles. As Co-Founder of Inclusive Leadership Strategies since 2020, and Facilitator at DCM Insights since January 2023, Kate also contributes as a Leadership Coach for the CoachDiversity Institute and serves as Principal & Executive Coach at Next Step Partners. Additionally, Kate leads Neville Consulting Services as President and has held advisory and consulting positions at reputed organizations, including Georgetown University Law Center and FourPoint Education Partners. Kate's academic credentials include a JD, cum laude, from Harvard Law School and an AB, magna cum laude, from Princeton University.
