Senior Business Development Representative at Tuvis (formerly Whatslly)

Luana Osório has worked in various roles since 2021. Luana began their career as an Estagiária em Engenharia de Manufatura at Honeywell, where they developed various projects such as a Spare Parts Control system, a Logistics project, and a real-time production control system. Luana also applied 5S to the manufacturing sector, controlled and updated other KPIs, and mapped ANDON causes. In 2021, they moved to Vitalk as an Analista de pré-vendas, where they used the Spin Selling technique to qualify leads from marketing. In 2022, they joined Gympass as a Business Development Executive, where they were responsible for inbound and outbound lead qualification processes. Luana used CRMs such as Pipedrive and Sales Force to record pertinent information and track their portfolio. Finally, in 2023, they joined Tuvis as a Senior Business Development Representative.

Luana Osório is currently pursuing a degree in Engineering of Production at the Universidade Federal de Itajubá since 2017 and is expected to graduate in 2022. Prior to that, they completed a Technical Degree in Accounting at PRONATEC from 2013 to 2015. Luana has also obtained several certifications, such as Intensive Pre-Sales from Academia Rapport in January 2022, Inside Sales from dnc.group in November 2021, Power BI Basics from dnc.group in February 2021, Minicourse Lean Six Sigma from Dinâmica Group in January 2021, Advanced Excel from Dinâmica Group in August 2020, Process Mapping (BPMN) from Dinâmica Group in August 2020, and Lean Six Sigma White Belt from MF Treinamentos in August 2019.
