Tuxera
Thao Nguyen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries.
Thao currently works at Tuxera as a Software Engineer, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Tuxera as a Junior Embedded System Engineer from October 2018 to December 2021.
Thao also has experience working as a Research Assistant at Aalto University from September 2019 to December 2020. In this role, they worked on a research project focusing on the development of an autonomous ventilation valve for Double Skin Windows.
Before their time at Aalto University, Thao worked at Finndent Oy as a Documentation Assistant from November 2015 to July 2016, and as a Bachelor Thesis Worker from January 2016 to June 2016.
Thao also gained experience as a Laboratory Assistant at Metropolia Ammattikorkeakoulu - Helsinki Metropolia University of Applied Sciences from February 2015 to October 2015.
Thao began their career as a Teacher of Physics at Tran Dai Nghia high school from June 2010 to September 2010.
Thao Nguyen received a Bachelor's degree in Physics Teacher Education from Ho Chi Minh City University of Education (HCMUE), Vietnam in the years 2006 to 2010. Following this, Thao pursued a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences from 2012 to 2016. Thao's education journey continued with a Master's degree in Automation and Electrical Engineering from Aalto University, which took place between 2016 and 2020.
