Mauricio Grondona Ramírez

Mauricio Grondona Ramírez is an experienced Engineering Manager at Tuya S.A since February 2015, overseeing technology strategy and leading a diverse team in implementing software solutions, including the successful development of the TuyaPay digital wallet. With a background in application management and extensive leadership experience, Mauricio coordinates a team of over 50 professionals in areas such as solution architecture and software development. Additionally, Mauricio has served as a university professor at Politécnico Colombiano Jaime Isaza Cadavid, teaching courses in UX design and software engineering. Educational qualifications include a Systems and Computer Engineering degree from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, a Project Management Specialist from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana, and an Executive Master's degree in Analytics from Fundación Universitaria CEIPA.
