Nate James

Nate James has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nate started their career as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2012 and worked there until 2015. During this time, they gained valuable research experience in their field. In 2013, Nate took on a role as a Resident Manager at the Salvation Army Booth Home for a brief period.

After completing their undergraduate studies, Nate continued working at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute as a Graduate Teaching Assistant from 2015 to 2019. This role allowed him to develop their teaching and mentoring skills while providing support to students.

In 2017, Nate joined FluoroFibril, LLC as a Partner, where they contributed to the growth and success of the company until 2019.

Most recently, Nate joined tuzag, inc. in 2021 as a Full-stack Developer. In this role, they have been involved in the entire product lifecycle and has demonstrated proficiency in front-end and back-end development. Nate collaborated with team members to integrate APIs for various popular platforms. This experience showcases their technical expertise and ability to work effectively in a startup environment.

Nate James attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biophysics and Molecular Biology. Nate then went on to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the same field at the same institution from 2015 to 2019.
