Alan Peyton has over 25 years of experience in sales and commercial roles. In 1994, they began their career as a Sales Manager at Masterfoods. In 1997, they moved to Mars Ireland as a Sales & Marketing Manager for the Mars Ice Cream division, where they reversed a loss-making operation to deliver sustainable profitability. In 2001, they advanced to Senior National Account Manager - Food at Mars Ireland. In 2003, they became Sales Director at Barry's Tea, where they were responsible for trade relations, field sales, 3rd parties and export and achieved significant market share gains from 2003 to 2007. In 2007, they joined CPM Ireland as Managing Director and Client Service Director on the eircom account, where they led teams of up to 200 sales personnel and 15 managers across consumer and business sales channels and secured additional investment from the Client due to consistent KPI achievement. In 2015, they moved to Three Ireland as Business & Digital Transformation Lead and Head of Sales & Operations - Retail & Digital. In 2019, they joined JUUL Labs as Commercial Director / Country Manager, where they led the sales, commercial and marketing functions in the early start-up growth stage of the business and achieved the No. 1 position in key accounts within 12 months. In 2021, they became UK Director of Sales at Three UK and CEO & Founder at Liath Consulting and Advisory. Alan currently serves as Group Chief Strategy Officer and Group Chief Commercial Officer at The Original Fit Factory Ltd since 2022.

Alan Peyton completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Henley Business School in 2012, with a focus on Business Strategy & Transformation. Alan also obtained a BComm from University College Dublin in 1992, majoring in Business/Commerce, General.
