Abbas D. Tahzib

Abbas D. Tahzib has a wealth of experience in the tech industry. Starting in 1999, they worked as an Investment Associate for ING Group. Abbas D. then moved to KPN Mobile Division, where they held the roles of Product Marketing Manager Business Solutions and Sales Manager from 1999 to 2004. In 2004, they were appointed as Head of Multimedia & Content for Orange Mobile Division, where they managed double digit gains year-over-year multimedia revenues gains two years in a row. In 2006, they joined JumpTap as Director New Business EMEA, where they were one of three employees to lead market-entry and secured some of the first European operator deals of JumpTap within 12 months. In 2008, they were appointed as Sr. Director, Sales & Business Development EMEA for AOL Ventures. From 2011 to 2014, they were Sr. Vice President International - AdoTube for Exponential and also held the role of Mentor for Startupbootcamp. In 2014, they joined VideoAmp as Head of Global Expansion. In 2016, they became Chief Executive Officer and Chief Revenue Officer of tvbeat and Executive Advisor of Tahzib Ventures.

Abbas D. Tahzib obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Utrecht University in 1999, majoring in Marketing. Abbas D. also obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from Utrecht University in 1999. Finally, they obtained a Master of Science in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2004.
