Icelle M. Ningala

Icelle Ningala is currently an Executive Assistant at TVC Capital. Prior to that, they were an Administrator to Assistant Superintendent for Teaching & Learning at Northwest Educational Service District 189 from January 2005 to December 2006. Icelle began their professional career as a Customer Support Administrative Supervisor at Cymer from January 1988 to December 1997.

Icelle M. Ningala has a Master of Science in Management from Troy University, Okinawa - Japan, a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego, and a degree in Economics from University College Dublin.
