Zito Bongo

Zito Bongo is an experienced IT Support Technician currently employed at TVCABO Angola since February 2018, where responsibilities include managing a help desk, network monitoring using Zabbix, Active Directory management, and overseeing CCTV systems. Prior to this role, Zito served as a TI Technician, focusing on the configuration and management of Cisco and other equipment, and worked as a professional driver at Jope & Madisa, ensuring safe transport of passengers and cargo. Zito began a career in technology at Tec-Dream Lda from January 2012 to March 2017, gaining expertise in software and hardware installation, repair, and administrative support. Education includes a Técnico de Informática degree from Utanga - Universidade Técnica de Angola and technical training at Instituto Médio Industrial de Luanda.
