Richard Clark

Richard Clark has had a long and varied career in the business world. Richard started in 1991 as a Partner at Johnston Robinson Clark. From 1996 to 2010, they held various roles at Shiningbank Energy Income Fund, Eagle Energy Inc., and Eagle Energy Trust, including Director, Chairman of Governance Committee, Executive Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, and President & CEO. In 1998, they took on a Director role at MacSema, a broad based engineering company. From 2000 to 2016, they were a Partner at Gowling WLG Canada. In 2018, they became the Executive Chairman at Opto-Acoustic Technology Inc. and Chairman and CEO at Tveon.

Richard Clark attended the University of Calgary from 1983 to 1987 where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. Richard then returned to the University of Calgary from 1987 to 1990 and obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Economics.
