They have served as the Director of The Tilak Dance Skool from 2011 to 2023, and held the position of Head Choreographer and Event Manager at MADS Entertainment from 2013 to 2018. Currently, Tilak is an Assistant Director at both The Viral Fever and LIVING BREAD PRODUCTIONS LTD, where they continue to explore their passion for storytelling and effective communication through collaboration and dynamic performances.
