Dionne R. Jenkins

Dionne R. Jenkins, MBA has extensive experience in various leadership roles. Dionne R. most recently served as the Vice President of Corporate Engagement at Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union (TVFCU) since 2017. In this position, they were responsible for developing engagement strategies, advising senior leadership on diversity planning efforts, and promoting the TVFCU brand. Before that, they were the Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion at TVFCU from 2017 to 2023.

Prior to their role at TVFCU, Dionne was the President of the Bessie Smith Cultural Center from 2015 to 2017. Dionne R. also held the position of Director of Development at The Next Door, Inc. from 2013 to 2014, where they managed donor relationships and community outreach initiatives.

Dionne's earlier experience includes working at SunTrust, where they served as the Director of Charitable Giving from 2010 to 2013. Before that, they held various roles at SunTrust, including Assistant Vice President of Sales Coordinator from 2008 to 2009 and Assistant Vice President of Business Systems Analyst from 2000 to 2008.

Throughout their career, Dionne has demonstrated expertise in corporate engagement, diversity and inclusion, development, and charitable giving.

Dionne R. Jenkins, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Bryan College from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from Bryan College, spanning from 2009 to 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Dionne holds a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate, obtained from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
