Janet Leamon has extensive experience in human resources, having served as the Director of Human Resources at Olan Mills from 1985 to 2012. In addition, Janet was the Past President of SHRM Chattanooga from 2007 to 2015. Currently, Janet holds the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union, where they continue to impact the field.
