Customer Operations Lead at TVG

Xavier Dean's work experience started in 2010 as a sales associate at Abercrombie & Fitch. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as an Assistant Manager at Hollister Co. In 2016, Xavier joined ICONMA as a Running Expert/Nike Expert On Demand-Consumer Services, holding that position until 2018. Xavier then became a Consumer Service Support Lead at PRO Unlimited, specifically working with Nike ETW, from 2018 to 2020. Most recently, Xavier worked at TVG Network Betfair US, first as a Customer Operations Agent from 2020 to 2021 and later as the Customer Operations Lead starting in December 2021.

Xavier Dean completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Portland State University. Xavier attended the university from 2007 to 2014.
