Dominiek Valcke

Dominiek Valcke has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Dominiek began their career in 1993 as Head of Finance Administration at IBC bv, a subsidiary of DECO Construction. From 1997 to 1999, they worked as a Business Development Manager at SGS Groep België, where they were involved in the development of new services and acquisitions. Valcke then moved on to Artesia Bank NV, where they served as an Investment Banker and Senior Officer in M&A and Advisory from 1999 to 2000. In 2000, they joined EY as a Managing Consultant and later became an Executive Consultant until 2002. Valcke then joined Omega Pharma, a division of Perrigo, as a Corporate Management Assistant, managing several M&A transactions and acting as a crisis manager. In 2003, they joined TVH as CEO, where they managed M&A transactions, coached subsidiary management, and built corporate and support teams until 2017. Currently, Valcke serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at PHE - PARTS HOLDING EUROPE.

Dominiek Valcke pursued an additional education in Accountancy & Revisoraat at K.U.Leuven starting in 1992. Prior to that, in 1991, they completed a degree in Handelsingenieur from K.U.Leuven without specifying a field of study.
