Kristof Vlaeminck

Kristof Vlaeminck is an experienced professional with a strong background in product purchasing and lean management. Currently serving as an Expert Product Purchaser and Lean Facilitator at TVH since March 2012, Kristof excels in coaching teams towards sustainable continuous improvement and acts as a buying expert for battery-related products. Previous roles include interim team manager and various product purchasing positions in electronic goods and undercarriage parts. Prior to TVH, Kristof worked at Doosan as a Purchaser and Inventory Controller, and at Velleman NV as a Purchaser. Kristof began a career in electrical work at ATS NV, leading a team of electricians. Educational qualifications include a Black Belt and Green Belt in Lean management from Ghent University and ongoing studies at the Project Management Institute.
