Chandrasekhar Padhy

Chandrasekhar Padhy has a diverse work experience in human resources and administration roles. Chandrasekhar started their career at Dover India in 2000 and held various positions, including Manager HR, until 2008. Chandrasekhar then joined Tata Elxsi as Manager Human Resources within the TATA Group from 2008 to 2013. Chandrasekhar further worked at Autoliv from 2013 to 2015 as a Senior Manager HR & Admin for the Swedish multinational company. In 2015, Chandrasekhar became the HR Business Partner India for Senvion India, a German MNC, taking care of HR, TA, and Admin functions. Their most recent role, starting in 2018, is as the Head HR at TVM Signalling and Transportation Systems Private Limited, a Kyosan Group Company based in Japan, where they are responsible for HR, Admin, and Internal communication functions across various offices and units.

Chandrasekhar Padhy completed their Master's Degree in HR & Bachelors of Law from Berhampur University, where they attended from 1995 to 2000. In 1999-2000, they also obtained UGC - NET certification in Human Resources Management from the University Grants Commission. Later, from 2006 to 2008, they pursued a PG Diploma in Training and Development from The Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD).
