Jonathan Youhanna

Jonathan Youhanna is an experienced leader in customer success and venue operations, currently serving as the Director of CS and Venue Operations at TVM since February 2018. In this role, Jonathan is responsible for achieving company KPIs by collaborating with partners, product and engineering teams, and the Media Team to enhance customer experience and value proposition. Previously, Jonathan held positions such as Head Of Venue Installs / Venue Product Owner and Head of Venues, playing a critical role in the launch and expansion of TVM in the USA. Earlier career experiences include managing a bar and nightclub in Stockholm and working in sales for Intersport, where Jonathan built a strong foundation in customer service and sales operations.
