Chris Day

Chris Day is an accomplished professional in public affairs and communications with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the President of Winston Wilmont, a bilingual public affairs consultancy, Chris is also the Chair of the Board of Directors for TVO and an Executive Consultant at Ottawa Health Services Network Inc. Prior roles include Director of Employee and Executive Communications at Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation and Chief Communications Officer at Health Standards Organization. Chris's background in government includes senior roles culminating in Chief of Staff at Citizenship & Immigration Canada and Deputy Chief of Staff & Director of Communications at Foreign Affairs. A seasoned communicator with a journalism degree from Carleton University, Chris has been recognized as one of the “Top 100 Influencing Canada’s Global Future.” Additional educational credentials include participation in programs at Cornell University and McGill University.
