Sirisha V. has a strong background in business operations, with experience in various managerial roles. Sirisha is currently the Head of Business Operations at TVS Digital Pte. Ltd. since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Servify as the Head of Business Operations - General Manager from April 2021 to November 2022, and as the Head of Business Operations - Senior Manager from September 2020 to March 2021. Sirisha also has extensive experience at OPG Power Generation Private Limited, where they held positions such as Assistant General Manager Operations, Senior Operations Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Manager, and Executive Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer from 2013 to 2020. Sirisha started their career at Wipro Limited as a Key Account Manager from July 2012 to March 2013.

Sirisha V. completed a Management Development Programme in Strategic Cost Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. Sirisha also earned a PGDM in Business Administration, Marketing, and Operations from Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a field of study in Electronics and Instrumentation from Anna University Chennai. Additionally, they have pursued Lean and Six Sigma training at the KPMG Learning Academy in Malta.
