Rajesh T has extensive work experience in project management and construction. Rajesh is currently serving as the Head of Projects at TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks Pvt. Ltd. Rajesh previously held the position of Senior Manager Projects at Ascendas Firstspace, where they successfully developed 1 million sft of area. Rajesh also worked at Rajalakshmi Institute of Technology as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing the construction and development of various infrastructures. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Project Manager Civil at T V Sundram Iyengar & Sons Limited, handling multiple projects for renowned companies. Rajesh's career began as a Project Manager at Facilities And Building Solutions Pvt. Ltd, where they managed projects worth 9000 Crores in construction and design management. Rajesh started their professional journey at Kumar Builders as a Project Incharge.

Rajesh T completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Madras from 1996 to 2000. After that, they pursued an Engineer's Degree in Civil Engineering at the Vellore Institute of Technology from 1996 to 2000. Later, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, Rajesh T has achieved several certifications, including an Approved Valuer certification from the Institution of Valuers in July 2014, a Life membership in the Indian Concrete Institute from the Indian Concrete Institute, MJCET in June 2014, and a Chartered Engineer certification from the Institution of Engineers (India) in June 2013.
