Joshua Word

Joshua Word is a seasoned architect currently serving as a Project Architect and Senior Associate at TVS since February 2024. In addition to this role, Joshua has been a Board Member of the Design Review Board for the City of Chamblee since January 2019. Prior experience includes directing the architecture studio at Vickers Design Group from August 2018 to February 2024, focusing on diverse project types such as office buildings and adaptive reuse developments. Earlier positions include working as a Registered Architect at TVS from March 2014 to August 2018 and as an Architectural Associate at Kennedy Associates from October 2012 to March 2014. Joshua earned a Master of Architecture and a Master of City and Regional Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where undergraduate studies in Architecture were also completed. Notable internships include a role at Guangdong Urban Planning and Design Institute, contributing to urban design projects in China.
