Manikandan KR is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Assistant Manager - Process Proving at TVS Motor Company since July 2023, focusing on the BMW Project related to two-wheeler frame process setup and stabilization. Prior roles include Senior Engineer for process proving activities of BMW 2W frames and Weld Engineer at Magna Automotive India Private Ltd., where Manikandan oversaw process validation and weld quality for major welding processes. Earlier experience includes a management trainee position at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, where practical skills in welding processes were gained, and an internship at Brakes India Private Limited, involving CNC machining and quality management systems. Manikandan holds a PG Certificate in Welding and Quality Engineering from PSG College of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Engineering College, Kovilpatti.
