Paul Kettle has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Paul started their career with an engineering apprenticeship at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in 1982. After that, they held roles as a technical planner and senior account manager at the same company. In 2002, they became a general manager at Rolls-Royce, where they successfully increased sales and received a government award for project performance.
In 2005, Paul joined Rolls-Royce plc as the head of sales, responsible for order intake and customer relations. Paul worked with various high-profile clients, including government and defense organizations.
From 2008 to 2012, Paul worked at Dytecna as an executive vice president, where they led strategic planning and the technology division. Paul successfully delivered defense and commercial programs during their tenure.
Paul then moved on to Energy & Environmental Analysts Ltd in 2012, where they served as the chief executive. Their work focused on assisting organizations in the aerospace, defense, and security sectors to access or increase their share in the oil and gas industry. Paul enabled clients to establish differentiation, execute go-to-market strategies, and accelerate revenue growth.
Since 2015, Paul has been working as a business development and marketing director in supply chain/logistics at TVS Supply Chain Solutions UK & Europe. Their responsibilities include addressing supply chain pain points for clients and delivering business outcomes such as revenue growth, inventory reduction, and lower operating costs. Paul has worked with various organizations, including the UK Ministry of Defense, Coca Cola, and Network Rail.
Paul Kettle attended Chartered Management Institute in 2012, where they studied Strategic Leadership. In 1981, they completed an Engineering Apprenticeship at Rolls-Royce. Additionally, Paul has received training in Advanced Management Skills at Hult Ashridge, and they have studied Business and Finance at The Manchester Metropolitan University.
