Fernando Cisneros

Fernando Cisneros currently serves as the Regional Manager of Operations at TW Services Inc, focusing on team building and managing profit and loss responsibilities. With extensive experience in logistics and operations, Fernando previously held various managerial roles at Merit Logistics, including Area Operations Manager for Southern California, where oversight of Site Operations Managers and metric analysis were key responsibilities. Fernando also has a background in operational excellence and project management, having served as National Project Manager and overseeing nationwide projects. In addition, Fernando co-founded Arsenal Combat Sports and the New Era Boxing Club, demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit, while also contributing to warehouse start-up projects at Roadlink Warehouse Solutions. Fernando completed a Nano Degree in Project Management from Udacity in late 2023.
